Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital services and applications operated by PrimeXseries Pvt. Ltd., including without limitation www.primexseries.com and associated mobile apps (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Service”).
1. Digital Nature of Services
PrimeXseries offers on-demand, non-tangible streaming services including movies, web series, and licensed digital content. Once a subscription is activated, access is granted instantly. Therefore, all payments made are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
2. No Refund Policy
As subscriptions provide immediate access to premium digital content, PrimeXseries does not issue refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription usage
- Unused accounts
- Early cancellations
- Change of mind after activation
3. Transaction Failures
In case of payment failure due to technical errors, any deducted amount will automatically be refunded by the payment gateway or your bank within 5–7 business days.
If the refund does not appear after this period, contact us with your transaction ID at info@primexseries.com.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions on PrimeXseries are prepaid and non-refundable. Users may choose not to renew after expiry. Cancelling an active plan will not generate a refund or partial credit.
To avoid automatic renewal, disable recurring payments via your PrimeXseries dashboard or your payment provider before the renewal date.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Raising a chargeback for valid transactions violates our Terms of Service. If a chargeback occurs, your account and related subscriptions will be suspended immediately.
To restore service, users must settle:
- The disputed transaction amount
- Applicable gateway or administrative fees
- Outstanding dues, if any
Filing false or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination and possible legal action. We encourage users to resolve payment issues directly with our support team before contacting their bank.
6. Service Modifications
PrimeXseries reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove specific features or content at any time to comply with licensing agreements or enhance user experience. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

By subscribing, purchasing, or using the PrimeXseries Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full. Please review these terms carefully before making any payments.
